Patients come in to our practice three different ways:
In preparation for your first visit, we utilize an online New Patient Questionnaire, which allows our clinical and administrative teams to tailor your initial appointment to your specific needs. This streamlined process ensures a smoother and more efficient check-in experience.
Once your appointment is scheduled, our office will promptly send the necessary New Patient Forms directly to your email. Please complete and submit these forms prior to your arrival to facilitate a seamless introduction to our care.
We are an out-of-network provider. This means that we do not participate in any plans which require you to choose a dentist from a list of providers. If you have traditional insurance or can see a dentist out of network, our services will be covered at least partly by your insurance once your deductible is met. We will be happy to file claims for you electronically to facilitate the process. We also accept payment from insurance companies.
We typically ask patients to pay us and collect from their insurance company for services under $500. As mentioned above, we will file your claims electronically to speed up payment to you. For services more than $500, we will estimate your portion and collect the balance from your insurance company if necessary. We offer an assortment of payment arrangements if needed, including CareCredit, third party financing.
Should you need care from a specialist (orthodontics, root canals, extractions, implant placement, periodontal surgery), we have a talented team who will provide a seamless experience. We have spent time developing these relationships, defining expectations, and perfecting our communications so that they are prepared for your visit, and we get timely reports back about your care. We encourage and depend on your feedback about your experiences with these specialist offices as well.
